The condominium complex has just 14 units. This condo has a terrace, and overlooks the gardens and pool. From the garden through the gate you step onto the beach. Here the waters of the Caribbean Sea are usually calm.
The property is particularly unique in that it is waterfront and also central to Holetown. The condo has its own allocated/reserved car parking slot but a car is not a necessity. Shops, restaurants and banks are a short stroll away.
Buses are plentiful; Bridgetown is a 20 minutes trip, with historic buildings and an abundance of restaurants, shops including Duty Free shops. Taxis are available.
There are numerous bars/restaurants close by for a variety of budgets, specialising in Italian, Indian or Thai as well as traditional Bajan food, and a very fine baker/patisserie.
The island has many tourist attractions including Harrison's cave, Wildlife Reserve, Animal Flower Cave, Orchid farm, Morgan Lewis Windmill and tours of the rum factories.
